Structure can be helpful with some independence to try out promotional things and events
Cons
Get punished for good performance when your budget gets recalculated and makes it very difficult to meet KPIs after first year. Depends on area manager some are helpful and some think micromanaging labour and making VMs miserable is way to lead.
