Pros

- Can advance if you are persistent and understand the network - Safe place to work for now (still protect longer term employees) - Good 401k plans and retirement plan if you stay for over 5-10 years

Cons

Compensation programs are not competive (Salary and Bonus)..Bonuses pool is hard to join, but once you are in the pool, you get one every year Poor Career Counseling program Salary Increases happen without a performance review / not logical explanation Human Resources does not disclose the complete terms of variable comp programs to employees, and will not put anything in writing in an offer letter. Senior Management is not effective at Project Management and has not long term focus. Subpar performance is tolerated and not addressed properly and timely

Pros

Good compensation structure, bonuses were higher that the industry average. Freedom to be entrepreneurial and do what I thought would work in my territory

Cons

Zonal management had a lot of turn over at the time, some not qualified to lead.
