      Development of skills, expansion of responsbility is possible if you very aggressively network internally as competition is high.

      Cons

      Environment is brutal, morale is below waterline. TARP unfairly penalized everyone financially across the board.

      Good compensation structure, bonuses were higher that the industry average. Freedom to be entrepreneurial and do what I thought would work in my territory

      Zonal management had a lot of turn over at the time, some not qualified to lead.
