Mission-driven culture faded after private equity buyout - Product Owner ACS Technologies Employee Review

Great place to work learned many new skills and enjoyed working on faith-based system.

It always seemed like resources were tight.

Insurance, 401K, remote/office flexibility. On site NP & Chiro.

Employee value has been steadily declining over the last 5 years. Sold to a private equity in December and had some major layoffs of central employees that had projects they were working on. Huge pressure on existing employees to pick up the pieces without any clear hand off. Resources are scarce and no clear understanding of goals.
