      Pros

      This company is wonderful! It was my priveledge to work there for so long! I would return if asked! I still praise this company with everyone that asks me!

      After many years of loyal service with always positive personal a nnual reviews known by churches and staff as a helpful hardworking value adding person, I was forced out because the new leader thought I couldn’t reach his goals. He insulted me frequently in private and in front of others and behind my back. I knew he would not fire me but just make life miserable for me. I hear that he still makes negative insults about me even though I have been gone for a year. My good reputation I worked hard to build is tarnished and it hurts badly.

      Thank you for your loyal service to ACST! During last year's reorganization we tried to find a place for everyone, but, unfortunately, that wasn't always feasible. It was tough to let hardworking and dedicated employees like yourself go.

      As someone who has worked in the HR function of ACST for over a decade, I haven't seen a leadership team more dedicated to employees than at ACST. Granted, I haven't worked everywhere, but I've worked at my fair share of companies. I've stayed at ACST for so long because of the leadership and because the leaders truly let HR serve the employees. Are the leaders at ACST perfect? Absolutely not, but they are one of the few leadership teams I've come across that understand there is always an opportunity to get better. Thank you for your feedback.
