Manager does not train you as he does not know how to use the system. Sexist and racist management team. Employees who make mistakes on a regular basis and kept as "top employees" whereas those who work hard are told they are not good enough for a raise or growth opportunities. Payroll lady/administrative assistance who has been there is rude. You are not able to voice opinions or work freely as certain individuals are constantly watching your every move. Not a good environment for someone who wants to flourish and thrive.
