Exploitative, Heartless, and Utterly Unethical – Avoid at All Costs - Data Analyst A Data Pro Employee Review

Pros

None. Unless you count being reminded of how poorly some companies still treat people in 2025.

Cons

Unpaid “training” disguised as an opportunity – You’re expected to dedicate hours of labor without compensation, only getting paid if you pass an arbitrary internal standard. This is not training; it’s exploitation. Dehumanizing treatment – I was abruptly dismissed after one test without so much as a humane conversation. No support. No empathy. Just tossed aside like I didn’t matter. Toxic structure – The company benefits from free labor under the Dow Jones brand. That’s the real business model. Zero transparency – Vague requirements, no feedback, no fairness. You're just a number to them. Ethically bankrupt – It’s beyond unprofessional; it’s structurally abusive. Especially concerning considering they operate under the name of respected clients like Dow Jones.
