      Good company atmosphere. Great benefits.

      Cons

      Too much red tape, easy decisions took 2-3 weeks. Too many of the decisions to pursue opportunities were controlled by the legal department who seemed to know nothing about the business.

      Teamwork, the crew , good pay,

      Cons

      Long hours, forced 12hour shifts with no lunch break and over time, average week is 52 to 60 hours , short staffed regularly, management team not engaged on floor, managers with poor attitudes, no breaks. Promotions are based off of favoritism you will get the interview but they already know who they picked.
