* Inspiring and exciting mission * Really good people working on hard problems * Good health care plan * Lunch provided 2x a week * Generous 401K match
Cons
* CEO has fired all senior female management * CTO has no experience outside of academia and it shows * There is a lack of trust, with a lot of micromanagement * Priorities are often what would be cool, not what would improve the product * Constant crunch, burnout pace with very little down time, and you'll still be told you aren't working hard enough
