Poor management, junior people hired as senior. Moving to full body rental of resources. No internal grow nor salary review. Micromanagement of the resources and activity. Since Kellner has gone, the business is selling hard because they are loosing money. The current CEO is really incapable.

Not stable company - every few years cut overs; Now there is no clear vision about company future and available projects. ( Already one IT company in this group almost died due too the lack of the projects for developers); HRs tell you in the first days standard things about company: for them important feedback, people development etc, but when you leave the company they even not ask why you leave or any feedback; No objective skills review during on-boarding: they tell you feedback in the last weeks on the probation period purely base on buddy opinion - so you never know how it goes. No people development, only for those who works very long time. Team lead duscused my salary with buddy and base on this buddy decided that I under performer for those money!
