      Pros

      Great products, amazing people, long history of performance as well as improvements.

      Cons

      None I can think of, sometimes demands of the role are high, but you have to chase perfection don't you?

      Free tea and coffee (when available) Early finish on Fridays

      Cons

      Different rules for different people. If your face fits then it's fine. If you work in certain departments then it's fine. But if not, you are treated very unfairly. Not an enjoyable work environment as it once was.

      Pros

      Progression is possible and reasonable salaries can be negotiated in the right circumstances. Many of my colleagues were very friendly and great at their jobs, delivering their work under a lot of pressure. I worked with good managers who were supportive and did not micromanage (not true for everyone at this company)

      Cons

      Terrible at inclusion. Cannot recommend to women, LGBTQ+ or other minorities. Some shockingly old fashioned attitudes in senior leadership and HR. Left with absolutely no faith in HR's ability to do their job. Severely underpaying some staff. I knew of two people who were in the same role and the person with minimal experience was being paid 25% more. Pressure from senior leadership to adhere to unrealistic timelines with near impossible bonus targets was awful for morale.
