      Pros

      The students are very nice and genuinely want to learn English. Management employees are very nice and are pretty lenient with mistakes, at least in my experience. They also respond to emails quickly during business hours. You can set your own schedule (no minimum hours) and close time slots at any time.

      Cons

      The salary is small, especially for campaign/new teachers. It seems that management sometimes plays favorites with their teachers as well. It's very hard to cancel lessons once they're booked.

      Pick your own work sched but peak times are between 6-9am and 6-11(Phil. time) Additional opportunity to earn thru substi lessons Do well, be likeable and you'll get loyal students Pay (160 yen per 25mins) is a little higher than other online schools (but paypal conversion favors paypal alone not the teachers, every pay day, a Filipino teacher is likely to lose between P400-P600 or more due to fluctuating Forex rates plus another P150-P250 charged by the bank. Imagine this loss every single month. It's likened to paying taxes coz Eigox does not pay taxes in the PH.

      Cons

      They pay via PAYPAL every 48 days (after working for 30days, you need to wait 15 days more to receive your pay via Paypal and another 3-4 days for it to be transferred to your account), better have another source of income teacher supply is way higher than students company produced materials are not yet that impressive, it's not that very helpful to students(just my opinion)

      Pros

      I like the scheduler. It allowed to choose my own schedule for lessons. There's free materials for the lessons for both the tutors and students. I get emails for lesson reservations, reminders, and searches for a substitute teacher. The lessons are generally 25 minutes long.

      Cons

      I'm not getting enough students to satisfy my lesson goals. They hired too many new tutors, but it seems there's not enough students. The payment is ok, but I wish they can pay twice a month instead of once a month. There's a long waiting time for the payment if you just started working for them. But it is paid on time,
