No work-plan,Continuous goal change without achieving that..No aim . has become a family business.. 4 years almost gone .. No improvement . Only knows how to talk big and give false hope to keep the employees.. No work life also.. almost all sunday u need to come,but nothing they are able to do for long 4 years...

I would like to suggest to this company, please raise your standard in terms of architecture, culture and environment. Don't put very much pressure on new employees. as well as don't judge anyone in only 2-3 days itself. Please provide some trainings to new joiner, minimize your working hours, and have patience don't expect too much from fresher, provide some facilities to employees they are not animals. and last but not least don't call employees on saturdays sunday.
