Get to work with high profile clients at consulting firms Trauma bonding with fellow associates & managers
Cons
Poor and regularly inappropriate leadership (some of which do not pull their weight) Expected to work outside of regular hours with no incentive to do so No opportunities for growth Very repetitive week-to-week work with lack of freedom for creativity Extremely poor pay and benefits (pay scales are also all over the place)
