      Pros

      If you are desperate for a job - still don't choose this.

      Cons

      1) Salary mostly wont be credited on time. It can go up to 15th. Official salary day is 7th of every month - if you are lucky you will get it on time. 2) Unstructured organisation 3) No hike ( Employees working there for 4 + years are getting hike of 10%, sometimes even less than that 4) 30 year old company - Making a lose of 30-40% annually. 5) Micromanagement ( That's what they believe to be doing)

      Pros

      I learned, oh my god. they used me like a clean slate, YES. but the amount of growth ( skill wise) and reputation i earned in organization is huge. Several Project Maneger handeled and helped me and VP also. when you work directly under VP ofcourse it will be hard but the things he gave me as knowledge is beyond valuation.

      Cons

      Salary Hike: idk why they hire new people with high salary but who work more than them and take responsibilities those employees salary in never hiked.
