4 years old ed tech company, that is trying to be different from other EdTech HOW? Let me tell you- (1) They'll give you a quarter target 20X higher than your annual CTC, where the cut-off to be eligible for the incentive is 70%. Also if you ask for help from senior management in closing any case, they'll cut the incentive for it ( wait isn't it part of their job role to help) (2) Access to founders' email is given to a selected few old employees so they can get to work on the enterprise deals, the rest is divided into others. (3) The Co-founder so called sales head will suddenly disappear from all the meetings as soon as the month's end come close, they say they are a 4-year-old company still not able to retain 5 people In the sales team. Their extraordinary strategy to achieve profit is to lay off old employees and get new ones in a span of every 4-5 months, Sales head is mostly busy playing stupid politics or arranging seating arrangements (who seat with whom) in the office utilising the best of the working hours. (4) There is no support for accommodation, flight and logistics, I guess not being employee friendly is also what makes them different from other ed tech. (5) you have to fight for everything even for a good designation. (6) They really need to hire a good sales head or they will be doomed soon. (7) CMO is good in everything like office politics etc except marketing. (There is no advice for management as per them they are the best )
