Pros could be flexible work hours, but when you factor in long work hours at times, it can seem like a pro

Salary never on time, currently delayed by 2/3 months Too much focus on politics, propagated by the COO himself COO takes your credit and raises voice for any possible thing No regard for employees Backtrack on their words They treat you as if they own you Incomplete info shared by management on critical issues about products and projects Fail to keep up on deadlines

Company is small to you get to take more responsibilities. Staff is friendly.

Cons

Management is extremely poor. Just inconsiderate about employees . Salary gets delayed like almost every month, that too by like 25 days. Very strict for timings and work. You can't even have a break for 10 min or can come late by 10 min. Consider employees as slaves. ceo turns a blind eye towards everything and doesn't respond properly. They can't listen to emoloyees and their point of view.
