Pros

Super friendly coworkers. Fully Remote and no micro-management. A good place to start if you're a rookie/live with your parents/don't need too much money. Good work-life balance and local holidays (not US-based).

Cons

- Everybody I know either has a second job or does freelance work on the side because living on wages this low is impossible. - You work as a contractor, so you have to pay for anything you need for work, and you won't get any social security or compensation if you're laid off. - Pay cuts and layoffs happen. - No benefits, no bonuses, no growth opportunities. Sketchy systems to measure your performance. - TERRIBLE management overall.

Pros

- Amazing coworkers: friendly, supportive, and highly skilled. - Collaborative and positive day-to-day environment.

Cons

- Recent contract changes came with several inconsistencies and little clarity. - One of the heads of upper management was let go without any explanation to the team. - Poor communication from upper management in general. - Decisions from the CEO sometimes feel disconnected from the company’s stability and the team’s needs. - Sudden changes make the future feel uncertain.
