Pros
Easiaccess/bathe is like a family. Everyone knows everyone, we work well and can have a nice chat/break when working enough. Everyone is helpful, people point out silly mistakes and allow you to develop. I have been taught many skills, and they even got me lessons on Excel/Access to help them!
Cons
There's not really many cons, bar the pressure and deadlines, but that's the same for most/every job!
