Pros
It has good scheduling flexibility. Full remote work also.
Cons
The salary is not very good, taking into consideration actual context in this field. Also, there is not too much transparency around the salary and annual reviews. Last years there have been too many reorganizations of the working groups. No more than 6 months with the same teams in the company.
