Upper management doesn’t see eye to eye. Conflict boils over to mid-management level. Mid-management people are generally incompetent. If you are found to be more skilled, beware as your skills will be taken advantage of without compensation or gratitude. A lot of preaching and not practicing. HR is highly questionable and are quick to poison the fields that are sown.

There’s a noticeable lack of transparency in decision-making, and leadership tends to reward visibility over impact. Communication across teams is inconsistent, and there’s a tendency for blame-shifting instead of accountability. This creates an environment where people are more focused on protecting themselves than collaborating effectively. Management frequently talks about values like “integrity” and “teamwork,” but in practice, those principles don’t seem to guide real decisions on the ground. It can feel like there’s one set of rules for leadership and another for everyone else.
