Worst Company Ever so Never Join this Company
Pros
No positive point, Everything is worst here. Worst management, especially manager. He don't have qualification for the position even though CEO gave him complete responsibilities to handle complete company.
Cons
Don't join the company, Worst management. The CEO mostly focus on whatever manager told to him about employees than work. Coming to manager he don't know anything , simply sitting on chair and playing politics with each and every employee. Manager driven and manager has more power. All are depends on your manager. No hike for last 2 yrs. You should say 'yes' for what ever manager says. Else you won't get any hike for sure. Manager does not know how to run a project. Non technical manager won't understand any technical issues. HR can't take any decision and they needs to depend on manager only.
