Everything, they are abusive, patronising, condescending and have no workplace standards or policies in which you can be trained on processes etc. considering these are patients with head, neck and spinal injuries who are paying $1000s you would think they AT LEAST have a practice manager and some training.

The entire place is a con. Abusive workplace, the main doctors literally keep a Samsung mobile phone which they call you on after they leave the clinic. They then yell, abuse and swear at you because they can’t do it in person in front of patients or colleagues. Although, once the doctor got so angry he did decide to yell at a receptionist in the clinic itself. No training and then you get abused for not being a ‘good worker’. No leeway for mistakes or learning.
