Almost a non-existent work/life balance. When you interview everyone is so friendly and appears to really love working there. However, once you start, the true colors of the organization begin to shine. Communication and transparency is very limited.
In a rapidly growing business you expect constant change, however at Entre change is often poorly thought out and dictated on a whim by the founder which creates an extremely rushed and chaotic working environment that doesn't set employees up for success.
Entre preaches empathy, etc. but don't truly practice it. The worst part of it all though is they think that they are having a great impact on people but the reality is their "courses" are designed to take as much money as possible from their customers without truly providing them with "an education."
