Great Place to Work - Always Recommend to Friends!
Pros
*Direct access and communication with C-level management at the tip of your fingers -- not something you get at many companies. *Management DOES care about their employees are always willing to listen to our ideas, discuss procedures, policies, performance, resources...really anything. They'll explain why something is a certain way, and if an employee isn't 100% happy with it, they will look into ways to change it so that employees do remain happy. *In terms of a company with a staffing division, they have already made all the changes that make other staffing divisions/agencies unsatisfying places to work. They DON'T micro-manage. As long as you're doing your job and getting your work down, management is laid-back. HOWEVER, at the same time, they're only a meeting, a few doors down, or an email/phone call away if you do have any questions, need any advice, have any ideas to share, etc. *Good work/life balance with the ability to work from home OR out of the office, and given a choice to make any blended option in between (i.e. work out of the office 1-2 days per week and then work from home the rest of the time; work out of the office 5 days per week; etc.). Really helps with work/life balance and saves time and money on commuting! *Opportunity to travel and attend conventions, seminars, industry workshops, networking events, etc. Management is very open to allowing us to attend these sorts of professional events and it does help and allow for continued professional development (plus, traveling can be fun!).
Cons
*The benefits are a bit minimal, but this is standard but a company of this size within this industry. Also though--upper management has told us that they are looking into making changes here and adding benefits, as well as making changes to the benefits so that we get more for our money. *Not much else...great place to work & happy to be here!
