      Pros

      Many talented colleagues. Good mission. Solid benefits.

      Cons

      Don't let the local press awards for great places to work fool you, especially if you're looking at a marketing role. That department is the most dysfunctional work environment I've ever witnessed. It functions by leveraging fear, retribution and intimidation. There are many brilliant and dedicated members of that team, but all decisions come down to the HIPPO......the highest paid person's opinion.

      People are nice and they have good insurance.

      Cons

      Not innovative and not growing. They promote people just because they have been there a while, not because they show promise.

      Brilliant people to work with and there is a lot to learn. Most managers and directors are great to work with

      Declining company culture. Company started to care more about the bottom line than its people. Can't trust leadership. Bad moral
