For a huge conglomerate of a company, this place always cries broke. Many A+ employees have been short changed and gone unappreciated. Raises are non-existent or miniscule at best. My experience with management was gross. After barely a month of working there I was given all of their high profile accounts and the manager was asking ME questions! My colleagues quickly followed suit and to no fault of their own. The lack of experience and organization left plenty to be desired. They also never promote from within leaving current employees with ZERO room for growth. They do hire their own friends though. And let's not get into the office morale!! Beware of company moles too...every department has one!

Other than the 401k match not being all the way there, there is nothing bad at all. It's simply not for everyone. If you don't have self-discipline to manage the freedom you are given, you will fall behind your work and will probably just end up leaving the company
