      Pros

      At first it was great, but after that it went really bad. I can almost say there is nothing good about working here

      Cons

      Poor communication between internal team and with other teams. unclear expectations from you and yet if you made mistakes, they talk to you as if you are their slave.

      I dont have anything good with this company.

      Cons

      They dont respect employees and no professionalism. Just small company but acted like a big one. And yes, shouting to employees. Never seen this kind of management.
