Horrendous rumors started and circulated by managers in both sales and HR. Upper management knows of the lies being spread and does nothing about them. Sales managers, for the most part, know nothing about managing. Sales managers are not physically present in the workplace.

This review has been shared with and is taken seriously by the leadership and executive teams at EAC. In this particular case an outside firm was brought in to conduct an independent investigation. We have and will continue to look into the issues raised and take action where appropriate. EAC's culture, as defined by our tenets (Be the Best, Do it Right, Work Smart, Be Profitable, Have Fun), demands it.
Great culture, fun place to work, colorful personalities, people truly care about one another. Good "jumping board" company to gain experience and enter into the technical or software market.
Cons
My manager had a tendency towards emotion, acted as a "friend" to subordinates instead of managing. Inappropriate relations between CEO and junior staff created uncomfortable working environment and unnecessary conflict. Limited upward mobility. Earning potential in sales is grossly exaggerated in interviewing process. Generally, EAC doesn't pay employees very well.

We believe our sales compensation plans are competitve and reward individuals who perform. Pay plans are clearly documented in order to avoid potential missunderstanding of earning potential. We continue to review our processes and compensation plans to try to prevent any confusion in the future.
