Pros

Office location is great, close to railway station.

Cons

Horrible management. Staff turnover rate is extremely high, people come and leave every month even the mid-management level staffs, no one would like to stay long. The management advices you to work overtime everyday and work on weekends very often without any compensation. Moreover, they do not show the least respect to employees, you can feel it by their daily operation, they love to arrange daily meeting after official business hours to force you to stay longer. In short, the longer hours you work, the more cost they saves, they squeeze the last drop from you. Additionally, in the technology aspect, the security is a concern, it is not really up-to-standard to an IT firm. You can see dinosaurs still alive, not much you could learn.

Pros

The office is in beautiful surroundings

Cons

This company pays more attention to business negotiation. There is no program architecture design. I just started developing on the first day of work with insufficiently trained. No one checks the code after check-in. There are also no unit tests. Automation integration and deployment had problems every day. The quality of the code is very poor and the efficiency is very low. As long as the manager can make a good effect to the customer, the intermediate development process will not be ignored. Always use a dirty way to fix issues, causing difficult maintenance. The company has only senior executives who have worked for more than 10 years and junior employees who have worked for less than 3 years. There are no employees at the middle level. So the structure of employees is difficult to support the company's business. Many new staffs submit the resignation letter only after working for 1-2 weeks.

1. Toxic environment - leadership believes in doling out punishments based on arbitrary things 2 There’s a high level of backstabbing among some employees. They run to administration to rat on people and are then rewarded with cushy roles or easier schedule 3. Leadership is a complete farce and needs to be overhauled. Head of company is a mean-spirited dictator who loves to threaten subordinates 4. There is no input from staff permitted when making decisions 5. Turnover is huge but they try to mask it by saying employees “weren’t a good fit” 6. Their much-touted “culture of care” only extends to their cate for money. They care about no one. No one. 7. Salary is low compared to other companies, and beware: they will tax your medical allowance 8. Staff is bullied into working extra hours and weekends. If you do not “volunteer” you risk being publicly shamed or punished with other assignments 9. Staff meetings are a huge waste of time.
