      There are absolutely no pros to this company. Toxic does not describe it strongly enough

      Cons

      Too many to list. Owner is the definition of a bad manager. Rigid work structure; Micro management. Has absolutely no idea how to run a business or if he does then cannot execute it in any manner. Staff turn over is exceptionally high, almost impressively so. Has no understanding of modern work environment.
