      Stable, tons of work, coworkers are helpful

      Cons

      Timesheets, and stress to be productive, reduces ability to innovate because you must be billable even when they say you don’t if you are not they expect you to be.

      Good compensation, Co-workers at the working level and middle managers very knowledgeable and collaborative

      Cons

      Outdated integrity & risk software with several competitors who offer software with more interactive and intuitive interfaces and better functionality at much lower SaaS prices. Lack of senior leadership direction and commitment to overall product and service offerings and customers. Uncertain future of the company.

      Fellow colleagues are highly intelligent and always willing to help one another.

      Cons

      Many changes in leadership have left people feeling less optimistic of the company's future. The change management with all of the adjustments to leadership, policies, processes, etc could be handled with a lot more care fot the employees and their morale.
