      The staff that they have hired are wonderful

      Cons

      - Pay is terrible - management only wants to hire individuals with bachelors degrees or higher but are not willing to pay for it - Benefits are terrible - barely covers anything - Management is AWFUL; sexist and offensive; the micro-management of all staff is excessive and borders on harassment - There have actual incidents of harassment (verbal and physical) involving senior management very recently - Staff consistently hide in their offices and cry; turnover is incredibly high - If I could give this place zero stars, I would

      Most of the employees at this organization are very friendly and caring. They were always willing to help and are very accomodating

      toxic work environment management doesn't care about employees only 2 weeks of vacation no flexibility no room for advancement bad job retention at DRUHC, high staff turnover low employee morale
