Very negative work environment. The owner is a micromanager. They claim they want to improve morale but their actions say otherwise. Heard of several instances where owner called employees names to their faces. I would not recommend anyone taking this job if you're looking for a positive environment that's willing to make positive changes. They want to implement 5s but have no clue what it actually is. Also, communication/feedback is almost nonexistent.
