Pros

I guess it's better than being an indentured servant because you do get a paycheck, but ...

Cons

- The only diversity in this company is in the kitchen (they do have some good snacks) Operations leverages employees of color (all 3 of them) whenever any cultural engagement is required because they're too scared to even try challenging their white fragility - Do you have a uterus? Don't expect health conditions such as dysmenorrhea to be taken into consideration. (They do have extra strength Tylenol though, so that's something?) - Fragile egos in middle management and ego trips in upper management (although c level management did say 'this isn't a democracy' so I guess they were upfront about it) - Expecting a raise? Maybe in your hypertension - Obscure and intangible performance goals, actual feedback given "you don't look busy enough' - Management has paper thin skin and can't even handle a criticism flavored lacroix - 'Unlimited PTO' is limited by your manager's approval (ie: if anyone else from your team is on vacation, don't even bother submitting a request even if you have completely different roles)

Pros

Too many to list but I’ll try my best! You’ll love working at Duda for so many reasons, such as -almost everyone has been fired, laid off, or quit within the last year, so the office is nice and roomy -leadership finally got rid of that pesky voluntary WFH policy, so you’ll be driving all the way out to Louisville 3x a week to do a job you can just as easily do at home (builds character!) -don’t worry, leadership can still WFH whenever they want:) -sales/BDRs are fired without performance issues or PIPs, giving you chiseled calves from always being on your toes! -and employees are rarely ever backfilled, so taking on their workload (for free!) provides the perfect opportunity to learn new skills -leadership refuses to budge an inch on literally any issue, removing all the stress of coming up with ideas to make Duda a better place to work – phwew! -massive discrepancies in salary (for the same role!) help to remind you that it isn’t all about money<3 -despite having five offices scattered across the globe, Duda is NOT a remote company! So no, you can’t move into that role you really want because leadership flipped a coin and decided it can only be done in Israel! This is a good thing because -did I mention there’s a ping pong table??

Cons

None whatsoever! ! ! !

We’re sorry to hear about your experience, but thank you for taking the time to provide feedback. We value the connection, collaboration, and creativity sparked by working together in person, while recognizing the focused work that comes with remote flexibility. This is why we believe that a hybrid schedule is a great balance of both.

Pros

Great office space Work from home Fridays Cool, customer friendly product in a competitive industry Opportunities to rise up and succeed

Cons

Messing up is held against you and you will be expected to work twice as hard to make up for it Emotional managers - react first and understand later Like most startups, they preach a culture that is not realistic and cannot be maintained
