Management is stubborn, do not understand the needs of what is being delivered. Bad welfare for staff even prior to the current covid 19 period. Management does not know what is going on to the company. Operation managers is not IT trained. Billing software is real bad.

Very little communication. If you’re part of an Australian based company that is an acquisition, be prepared to lose your job to the Philippines as they only seem to value Australian based server administration staff in Sydney or Perth. Two employees who have worked at the company acquired with collectively 20+ years of experience in the industry, making the company one of the top 5 within the sector in Australia apparently did not represent "significant value". Dreamscape seem to acquire competition to eliminate it, experienced staff are collateral damage.
