Pros
There's a lot of willingness to improve and move forward into a more modern work environment. Focus on modern Web technologies is definitely a plus. Solves genuinely difficult and interesting problems.
Cons
Zero organisational structure, leading to pathological assignment and prioritisation of tasks. Demands far exceed salary, easily by a factor of 3. Legacy software is some of the worst you've ever seen. When things are bad, you will be amazed by the depth of incompetence people can have.
