Pros

DomainTools is a great place to work, the people are amazing and upper management is always worried on make sure you are comfortable to work with, always asking if you have the resources needed and they tend to go above and beyond for their people

Cons

As much as amazing the Pro sounds, they lack an important aspect of giving propper feedback to the employee when they are letting someone go. In my personal case I knew it was gonna happen because of my current personal situation. But I was locked out of the system in a matter of hours and my direct superior was not answering my questions, he was typing, deleting, typing again, but never pressing the final enter.

Cons

The team is fast to make decisions but implementation is sometimes slow due resource or tech constraints.

Pros

The onboarding process was the most fantastic experience I can recall. My computer arrived on time, along with the proper documentation and emails on how to set up and get online. And in my 20+ years of experience in onboarding at other companies, I can’t recall a more seamless process. Without IT intervention, I was able to get online that day and start assimilating myself into the corporate environment. When it came time to set up my security features for the system, the IT specialist provided clear and concise instructions, and it worked the first time. I was up and operating on day one without any technical issues or hiccups. Their dashboard systems provided fantastic guidance on selecting benefits, time-off, etc. I can’t recall if I needed help with anything when joining. I was already being productive on day one. The company has a fantastic support team that listens and acts immediately for everything, down to the smallest detail. In my two previous jobs. It took me nearly two weeks to complete my onboarding. My computers were not correctly configured. I needed extensive IT intervention just to read emails. One system needed an entirely new image loaded, and another broke down with a hardware problem.

Cons

The only minor glitch I can think of was the I9 process was a little tricky to navigate. And I made several mistakes in the process. The good news was that HR identified it immediately and provided feedback on correcting it. They were patient and understanding, and for all practical purposes, it was a none issue. If anything, it demonstrated the company's ability to react expeditiously to employees' needs and concerns. It was rectified within an hour, and I was on my way.
