      Pros

      - Dynamic agency environment. - Sitecore, Umbraco as well as simple brochure sites. - Can learn a lot in short time. - Small friendly development team.

      Cons

      - Not competitive salary which make huge struggle to find new devs. - Customer Services have had time to sell product servcie efficiently and usually comes with low price, where projects might go over budget. - High developers rotation in company. - Hybrid work, where required to be 2 times in a week in office, where often is unjustifiable and waste of time for travel.
