      Pros

      There are no pros. You’ll be overworked and insulted.

      Cons

      No training. Put in a role completely opposite of what I could do. Sadistic management repeatedly slammed me in front of peers AND clients. No clue about best practices for project delivery. All leadership has been they forever and way over promoted. Pay and benefits are not worth the emotional abuse. Worked far too many nights to accommodate their Russian development team and weekends to install software.

      Great product and innovative development. Easy to sell

      Commission structure is not competitive with other SaaS companies, too short of a leash to get ramped up, and management has unrealistic expectations

      Pros

      If you're stupid, please apply. Otherwise your brain will rot if you get hired. There are LOTS of Low-level BS and you won't make ends meet. Pay is cheap, hours are long, abuse is rampant and don't believe for a second you'll get your bonus/raise or commission. Keep a roll of toliet paper handy, because the BS is plentify. The company will spend hours to find out who ate the last cookie, but less than 2 minutes on effective business. They'll treat you like fast food, cheap and easy.

      Cons

      any time you spend here will be a wasted rot.
