I applied online. I interviewed at Docupace Technologies in Feb 2026
Interview
I had a 20 minute video call with the recruiter who seemed excited to have me interview with the support team. They then scheduled an hour long panel interview the next day.
During the panel interview, I discussed my prior experience and answered a few technical questions.
The following Monday at 1AM, I received a generic rejection email. This is pretty normal in the current job market, especially in tech, but that doesn't make it acceptable in my opinion. It demonstrates a disregard for candidate's time and energy, and it's just plain unprofessional.

Question 1
What was an experience that was perceived to be negative and how did you change the trajectory of the work to be a success
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at Docupace Technologies in Feb 2025
Interview
The initial HR screening was professional and provided a good overview of the company and product. However, the second interview with the hiring manager was very disappointing. He mostly rambled about the company, seemed uninterested in listening to me, and appeared eager to end the conversation. Despite the clear negative vibe, he kept asking about my availability and offering advice about the next steps, which felt insincere and unprofessional.
