Cons

The owner's family and friends will get the good pay and promotions, you won't. So don't worry about working too hard, either way you're fate is known; fair warning. Oh, and they buy reviews and their tech is old. They lied about not laying people off during the covid-19 pandemic, they did.

Upper management will judge your worthiness early in your career; Middle management consists of personal friends of upper management. All management will change your responsibilities for personal reasons as well as professional reasons; Co-workers will use the smallest slivers of seniority to declare dominance in the office hierarchy, making for an uncomfortable workplace at times
