Pros
Small team that truly cares for their customers around the globe. Relaxed shared workspace provides alot of creative energy. After working for larger organizations for years, the opportunity to work for a social enterprise, in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment has been very refreshing and rewarding for me.
Cons
Not really a "con" but I wish I could see my international coworkers in person more!
