I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Dobility in Aug 2021
Interview
I ended up pulling out of this interview process but it was extremely long and a bit over the top for the position I was applying for. First you get a link that invites you to do an online assessment and you are given 2 "mini assessments" to complete during a total of 20 mins. After about a week I heard back and was invited to do ANOTHER assessment and I completed this because I was still in the interview process for other companies so might as well. This assessment was an hour long and it included questions, areas where you had to give longer responses, etc. then again, about a week later I was invited to a virtual interview which would have included a presentation and then a panel interview but at this point I removed myself from the process. I felt it was a bit excessive to have this many time consuming assessments for a lower level position. I could understand having that many and a presentation for a management level or director position but a position that was pretty entry/associate level, it was a bit much, in my opinion. For the presentation portion, they said they would send you the details of what you had to create 3 days prior to the interview so you were under even more of a time crunch, on top of working your current job. You were basically given a super long spreadsheet and told to create a 5-10 minute visual presentation about the data on what you thought was important.

Question 1
Didn't end up doing the final step in the process that was the interview but the assessments were focused on attention to detail mostly.
I was invited to do a video interview a few days after applying online. The hiring manager asked me a few questions about my experience and offered me the opportunity to ask questions on the job. Very fair interview.
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Dobility (Cambridge, MA) in Jul 2018
Interview
Several skills tests in increasing complexity were provided. Thereafter, there were a series of phone and in-person interviews with a range of employees. The process was pretty straightforward and well thought out.
