They are a really friendly bunch to work with and as a small team the opportunities to work on interesting projects was superb. You can gain some really powerful experience in a short period of time and enjoy the experience.
Cons
Smaller team means that it is difficult to focus on a single discipline and the salary scale is not the biggest. Although they are generous when they can be.
