Pros
Great team to work people and they take care of each other.
Cons
The CEO / Owner is political but that is not the worse part. He is extremely incompetent and tries his best to avoid doing any work. He blames everyone else first and last.

I am relatively new to the company but I am pleasantly surprised at how nice and helpful all of my coworkers are. It's never fun to be new with so much to learn but everyone works as a team and willing to teach. There are many long term employees, like 10+ years. Management is very supportive and casual. I chose to come in to the office for training but now am mostly remote, which is very nice. Owner is accessible and super friendly. There's also a full gym at the facility for employees to use.
Cons
Break room has a fancy coffee maker but no decaf.
