      Pros

      None at all unfortunately .

      Cons

      Poor pay, constant pressure to be a yes man, they will employ absolutely anyone, drug users , alcohol abusers (at work) management do not care, only about you getting the job done for dealership managers, money d ducted from wages for chemicals and insurance

      They talk a good show but deliver very little.

      Cons

      The ops director has a large forked tongue with customers and staff. Internal staff turnover is very high. If your good at having a brown nose you will will be loved by the ops director. If you genuinely care about the job, customers and operatives thus is not the job for you. Don't expect a life out of work, your expected to be available even when on holiday "because that's what we do"
