Real life scenarios to learn and gain experience from to use to boost your resume to find a career with another company.
Cons
Poor prime rates which doesn’t provide the means to hire decent sub-contractors. Lacks basic construction equipment required to complete the work in a safe and timely manner. Safety is not part of their culture. Work life balance is nonexistent and the company doesn’t care that they are burning out their workers and they will not compensate you monetarily or by comp time. The Regional Operations Manager is verbally abusive to his employees and needs trained in HR practices due to his lack of experience on how to manage the business and his employees.
