Laid back fun culture, decent setup for inbound leads. Can be a place to succeed for a freight broker.
Cons
Inactive management, lame health coverage. Overall this can be a great place but there was a real shift. Once the people who own it now bought the company it was slash and burn. They suddenly took away our health insurance and replaced it with this sketchy thing that isn't even real insurance. It's this total scummy thing called redirect health. They sell themselves hard and have some horrendous complaints. They closed all their asset divisions as well as rolling in 2024 suddenly claiming everyone should make double the amount in our employment contract and fired a bunch of brokers including myself. I had to beg for any feedback after a year and was told I was doing great. I tied my numbers in a very slow market and wasn't even on the bottom but still got my second bit of feedback: you're fired. So, again, it can be a great place to work if you have some accounts but it's hard to recommend a place that does that.
