      Pros

      Learn a lot of new things. Good management Good work atmosphere You get leaves when you want.Total 20 leaves are allowed plus other national holidays. Team communication is good. Good work culture. Festivals & birthdays are celebrated.

      Cons

      Only one domain. Not appropriate salary.

      Company hires just to fire you. Hopeless company and management. No growth at all.

      Pros

      There are no pros for this company. Better you remain jobless than getting fired out without notice or anything. I have seen at least 30 to 35 peoples fired out of the company.

      Cons

      The technical person that is the owner it self is not knowledgeable at all. I hope what he is doing atleast he is aware of it. The work culture is too bad you need to work on SUNDAY AND SATURDAY. Hey dear dimentrix, We do have our personal life. In this company if anyone has secured job then they are the relatives of the owner. Ha ha the relatives are like watchman.

      There are no such pros for working here.

      Cons

      You have to work for Weekends as well. No Appraisal Yearly Leaves are less. No extra Pay for working overtime or for working on weekends.
